Approximately 346,385 voters in New Mexico took the opportunity to vote in the state’s first semi-open primary election on June 2. That’s just under 25% of the 1.4 million eligible voters in the state. You can click here www.electionresults.sos.nm.gov/ to review the state results. You can click on the Secretary of State’s map of the state to review totals from “Doña Ana County”. In Doña Ana County, nearly 29% of eligible voters cast their votes.
Many New Mexicans read the candidates’ answers to the League’s questions about their experiences and viewpoints. Those answers will also be available later in the election season in preparation for the Nov. 3, 2026 General Elections. The answers are part of the League’s state Vote411.org Voters’ Guide.
The League hopes that ALL candidates on the General Election ballot will answer the questions prior to the next election. Until then, you can click on the Voters’ Guide here.
